粉末成形设备PLC控制系统的设计
Design of PLC control system for powder-forming equipment
【摘要】 介绍2000kN数控精密金属粉末成形设备PLC控制系统的设计过程。根据系统要求,分别对控制系统的硬件和软件两个方面进行选择和设计,选用西门子公司的SIMATIC S7-300可编程控制器。为能够生产上二下三台面的粉末成形零件,控制系统需要分别对阴模、上内模冲、上外模冲、下内模冲、下中模冲、下外模冲进行控制,用户可以根据需要调整各模冲的位置、速度和压力,提高成形零件的精度和质量。
【Abstract】 Introduces the design of PLC control system for a 200 tons powder-forming equipment.According to system demands,it is chosen and designed for hardware and software of the control system,and SIMATIC S7-300 programmable controller of SIEMENS Corporation is chosen.For producing powde-forming parts with two upper boards and three lower boards,it is needed for the control system to control respectively female die,upper-and-inside plunger,upper-and-outside plunger,lower-and-inside plunger,lower-and-middle plunger,lower-and-outside plunger.If it’s needed,users can adjust position,speed and pressure of plungers to promote precision and quality of parts.
