基于PMAC的典型同步带传动系统的PID控制分析
PID control analysis of typical timing-belt transmission based on PMAC
【摘要】 对典型同步带传动系统建立PID控制模型,分析PMAC控制算法流程,最后对传动控制系统进行整定分析。整定曲线表明,PMAC PID控制典型同步带传动系统具有很好的稳定性和相应性,能够满足高速度、高精度的工况要求。
【Abstract】 The PID control model is firstly constructed for the typical timing-belt transmission system.Analyzes the algorithmic flow of the Programmable Multi-Axis Controller(PMAC).Finally,according to the analysis of the transmission control system,the tuning curves illuminate that the PMAC PID control transmission system has excellent stability,and can meet the necessary of high velocity and high precision.
