轻型汽车整车平顺性建模及仿真分析
Modeling and simulation of ride comfort for light vehicle
【摘要】 根据汽车振动理论,用MATLAB/SIMULINK模块建立双轴汽车振动模型,用建立的模型分析某种轻型汽车40车型,综合考虑悬挂质量分配系数、阻尼系数、悬架刚度和非簧载质量各因素对平顺性的影响,得到不同参数下的幅频响应曲线。根据得到的幅频响应曲线分析该车型整车的平顺性,得出各因素对整车平顺性的影响程度,对整车的设计具有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 According to the vehicle vibration theory,the double-shaft vehicle vibration model has been built up in MATLAB/SIMULINK.The analysis of the light vehicle has been carried out with the built model.The factors,such as the distribution coefficient of suspension quantity,damp coefficient,suspension stiffness,under sprung mass which affect the whole vehicle ride comfort have been fully considered.After simulation,the curves of magnitude-frequency response have been achieved in different parameters by which the full-vehicle ride comfort can be estimated.The results that the factors affect the ride comfort are testified to be exact,which can guide the whole vehicle design.
