镁合金半固态成形的现状及发展前景
Present status and developing prospect of Mg alloy semi-solid processing
【摘要】 阐述镁及镁合金的特性。从非枝晶坯料的制备、坯料的重熔加热和半固态的成形工艺等三方面介绍镁合金半固态成形的研究现状。详细介绍采用机械搅拌法、电磁搅拌法、应变诱发熔化激活法(Strain-induced M elt ActivationProcess,SIMA)和半固态等温热处理法制备非枝晶坯料的最新研究成果。展望我国镁合金半固态成形技术的发展前景。
【Abstract】 The characteristics and properties of Mg and Mg alloy are introduced.The present status of the research of Mg alloy semi-solid processing from three aspects including the preparation of non-dendritic structure,reheating and semi-solid processing were described.The latest researches of the non-dendritic structure prepared with mechanical stirring,electromagnetism stirring,SIMA and semi-solid isothermal heat treatment were detailedly introduced.The developing prospects of Mg alloy semi-solid processing at home were forecast.
