【摘要】 目的:调查研究长春市第一汽车制造厂(简称一汽厂)厂区高血压患者的患病率,年龄分布情况;患者对高血压的知晓率和控制率。方法:采用随机方法由指定的专人负责高血压的测量和问卷调查。结果:共随机问卷和检查了57220例,其中高血压患者11712例,高血压患病率为20.47%,高血压发病率与年龄有关(P<0.005),其心肌梗塞、脑卒中的发生率与血压、脉压有关P<0.01),知晓率为15%,治疗率11%,控制率占3.5%。结论:一汽厂区高血压病患病率较高,提示在北方加强高血压病医疗的普及教育和健康教育至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the age distribution,morbidity,realize rate,control rate of hypertension in community of first automobile manufactory in changchun city.Methods:Specific duty personnel performed blood pressure(BP) estimate and questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 57 220 persons were surveyed,in which hypertension patients occupied 20.47%(11 712 cases).Morbidity of hypertension was associated with age(P<0.005).Its morbidity of stroke and myocardial infarction were associated with BP and pulse pressure (P<0.01 all).Realize rate,control rate of hypertension was 15%,3.5% respectively.Conclusion:The results suggest must emphasis the popular education,prevention and care of hypertension.更多还原
