【摘要】 目的:观察卡维地络对冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:72例冠心病CHF患者被随机分为两组。治疗组36例:在强心、利尿、扩血管治疗基础上加用卡维地络;对照组36例:予以常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗。治疗10周后观察两组心率、心功能变化。结果:较之对照组,治疗组心功能明显改善(P<0．01)。结论:卡维地络可作为治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效药物应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of cavedilol on chronic heart failure (CHF) of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:The 72 CHF patients with CHD were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group(36 patients) : they were given cavedilol 5-10 mg/d for ten weeks j control group (36 patients) : they were given basic therapy. The heart rate and cardiac function status were evaluated before and ten weeks after therapy. Results: After ten weeks treatment, cardiac function was improved in treatment group (P<0. 01) compared with control group.
