骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死研究进展
Progress in Research into Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell Transplantation in Treating Acute Myocardial Infarction
【摘要】 心肌梗死后导致的心功能障碍和心律失常的细胞学基础是正常心肌细胞的丧失,而代之以纤维瘢痕组织的修复。骨髓间质干细胞具有心肌再生能力,因而显示出其治疗心肌梗死的巨大潜能。现综述骨髓间质干细胞移植治疗急性心肌梗死的兴起、移植途径、作用机制、异体移植和免疫反应、细胞疗法和基因治疗相结合、临床实验的最新研究进展。
【Abstract】 The cellular basis underlying cardiac dysfunction and arrhythmia after myocardial infarction is a loss of functional cardiomyocytes and a replacement of scar tissue.Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) can regenerate cardiomyocytes,suggesting that MSC transplantation holds enormous potential as an approach to treatment of myocardial infarction.This review will focus on:(1) the rise of MSCs for treatment of myocardial infarction;(2) routes of delivery of MSCs;(3) mechanisms of improvement of cardiac function after the transplantation of MSCs;(4) allogeneic MSC transplantation and immune responses;(5) combining cell therapy with gene therapy;(6) the clinical application of MSCs in myocardial infarction.
