高血压大动脉重构与基质金属蛋白酶的关系
The Relationship Between Large Artery Remodelling in Hypertension and Matrix Metalloproteinases
【摘要】 高血压病的发生、发展与大动脉重构密切相关。细胞外基质的重组启动血管构型的变化,而作为降解细胞外基质的最主要的酶———基质金属蛋白酶对大动脉重构起重要作用。现就高血压病大动脉重构与基质金属蛋白酶之间相关性研究的新进展作一综述。
【Abstract】 The pathogenetic progression of essential hypertension is closely related to large artery remodelling.The changes in arterial vascular structure are started by the reorganization of the extracellular matrix.Matrix metalloproteinases,as the main enzymes,play an important role in large artery remodelling.This article describes the current status of research into the relationship between large artery remodelling and matrix metalloproteinases.
