【Abstract】 The basic pathological alteration of pulmonary hypertension involves three dependent elements:pulmonary vasoconstriction,pulmonary vascular remodeling and pulmonary microvascular thrombogenesis.The researches using simvastatin to treat pulmonary hypertension were reviewed and the possible mechanisms were postulated.Simvastatin seems to be promising in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension.更多还原
