生物预处理对麦秸纤维板性能的影响机理

【摘要】 以麦秸为主要研究对象,通过扫描电镜观察预处理前后麦秸微观结构的变化,采用傅立叶红外光谱、电子自旋共振波谱分析等手段,揭示三种生物酶预处理对其纤维板性能的影响机理。结果表明:三种酶由于作用机理的不同,对麦秸纤维板性能的改善程度不同,其中木聚糖酶预处理是由于溶出了部分的半纤维素,使得纤维表面-OH的含量最高;漆酶由于催化氧化木素类底物引发自由基,增强了纤维的表面活性;脂肪酶则因溶解了麦秸表面的蜡状膜而改善了润湿性。

【Abstract】 In order to provide some theoretical foundation for manufacturing medium density fiberboard(MDF) from wheat straws,this paper investigated the influences of wheat straw pretreatment methods with various enzymes(lipase,laccase and xylanase) on the properties of straw fiberboards bonded with UF resin.It was observed that the surface of wheat-straw became rougher and there were lots of pinholes in the cell wall through scanning the enzyme-pretreated straw with electricity microscope(SEM).Furthermore analysis of the fibers showed that Hemi-cellulose was partially dissolved and cellulose and lignin were activated with-OH increasing analyzed by FTIR.As well,since hemi-cellulose was partially degraded,and fiber cell became easy to swell,fiber quality was accordingly improved while excessive destroying of xylanase pretreated fibers avoided.After treatment by Laccase,straw lignin was activated to free radicals.While xylanase pretreated straws showed fewer free radicals due to the less destroying of straw fibers during defibration.And the wetting had improved as the wax-layer of wheat stalk was dissolved by lipase pretreated.
