【Abstract】 This paper studies the game relationship between securitizer and bank about mortgage backed securities.Firsuly,it analyzes the mortgage loan market equilibrium before MBS.Then the behaviors of bank and securitizer and the market equilibrium after MBS have been studied.Finally the authors draw the conclusion that MBS brings out Parato improvement for mortgage loan market.更多还原
