【Abstract】 Adhering to the principle of raising the resources allocation efficiency,the author measures the business enterprise size using the total assets of the business enterprise,and analyzes the important factors which restricting the business enterprise size from the angle that can be controlled and can’t be controlled.The paper brings the factors into the analytical scope such as the system of rules designing and the talents of the entrepreneur etc.,and put forward the index analysis system of the importance factors which influencing the business enterprise size.The paper provides reference for the theoretical study and decision making of managers.更多还原
