铸渗技术在制砖机模具生产中的应用
The use of cast-infiltration technology in producing the brick mould
【摘要】 对改善铸渗层质量进行了理论分析并提出了具体的工艺措施。生产结果表明:铸铁渗铬制砖模具的使用寿命是变质铸铁模具的8～10倍。
【Abstract】 The improvement on quality of the cast-infiltration layer are analyzed in theory, and the practical process is put forward. The production results show that the service life of cast-chromized mould is 8～10 times than that of nucleation mould.
