ICP-AES法直接测定高纯氧化镱中14个稀土杂质元素
Direct Determination of 14 Rare Earths Elements in the High Purity Ytterbium Oxide by ICP-AES
【摘要】 采用ICP-AES技术,对纯度为99.5%~99.99%的氧化镱中14个稀土杂质元素的直接测定进行了研究。对分析线的选择、工作功率、载气流量、进样浓度等条件进行了试验。本法条件下,各分析元素的相对标准偏差小于8.0%,标准加入回收率在90%~108%之间。并对实际样品进行了测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the direcet determination of 14 rare earth elements in ytterbium oxide of 99.5%~99.99% by ICP-AES was studied.The experiments for the selection of analysis lines,working power,the volume of flow of carrier gas,and sampling concentration,etc.were carried out.Under the given condition,the relative standard deviation was less than 8.0%,standard addition recoveries were in the range of 90~108%.
