稀土与磺胺甲基异口恶唑的西佛碱配合物及其抗氧化作用
Rare Earth Complexes of Schiff Base of Sulfamethoxazole and Their Antioxidative Actions
【摘要】 以磺胺甲基异口恶唑与对羟基苯甲醛合成一种新西佛碱(H2L),并用此配体制备8个稀土配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振、热分析、摩尔电导和溶解性试验对配合物进行了表征。配合物的组成为LnL(OH).nH2O(Ln为稀土三价离子,L为去质子形式的西佛碱配体,n=1~2)。两种抗氧化实验都表明稀土配合物具有较好的抗氧化性能,比配体本身的作用更佳。
【Abstract】 A new Schiff base(H2L)has been synthesized from sulfamethoxazole and complexes of this ligand have been prepared with it and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance,thermal analysis,molar electric conductance and solubility.The composition of these coordinated compounds is LnL(OH)·nH2O(Ln = trivalent rare earth ions,L=deprotonated ligand of Schiff base).The two kinds of antioxidative experiments have shown that the rare earth complexes have nice antioxidative actions and are better than the ligand.
