硫酸高铈铵催化合成苹果酯-A和苹果酯-B
Catalytic Synthesis of Fructone-A and Fructone-B by Ammonium Ceric Sulfate
【摘要】 以硫酸高铈铵为催化剂,通过乙酰乙酸乙酯分别与乙二醇和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了苹果酯-A和苹果酯-B,研究了催化剂等有关因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明,硫酸高铈铵是合成苹果酯-A和苹果酯-B的良好催化剂,在酯醇物质的量比为1∶1.65,催化剂用量为(0.8~1.0)g/0.1m o l乙酰乙酸乙酯,环己烷10mL,反应时间3h的条件下,收率可达94.0%和92.1%。
【Abstract】 Fructone-A and Fructone-B was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and ethanediol or 1,2-propanediol using ammonium ceric sulfate as catalyst.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best optimum conditions were found out.The molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to alcohol was 1∶1.65,the amount of catalyst was(0.8~1.0)g/0.1mol ethyl acetoacetate,the reaction time was 3h.Ammonium ceric sulfate is a good catalyst for synthesizing fructone-A and fructone-B,the yield can reach up to 94.0% and 92.1%.
