溶胶凝胶法制备微波介质陶瓷粉体钛酸钕的研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成钛酸钕,经煅烧制成粉末。采用正交实验法确定了合成的最佳工艺,并通过X衍射、扫描电镜、粒度仪、比表面积仪等对钛酸钕粉末进行表征,结果表明,用该方法合成的钛酸钕,其组成为Nd2Ti2O7,粒度(D50)为1μm~2μm,比表面积为4m2/g~5m2/g。

【Abstract】 Nd2Ti2O7 was prepared by Sol-Gel.The optional synthetical process was determined through orthogonal experiments.The crystal structure,particle size and specific surface area of Nd2Ti2O7 were studied by X-ray,SEM,particle size device and specific surface area instrument.The results showed that the composition of neodymium titanate synthesized was Nd2Ti2O7,the particle size was 1 to 2μm,the specific surface area was 4 to 5m2/g.
