长江三峡淤砂提钪氯化焙烧工艺试验研究

【摘要】 以长江三峡淤砂为原料,在分选出钪精矿后以盐酸作为浸出介质,进行了钪精矿氯化焙烧—浸出工艺的试验研究,分别对氯化焙烧的氯化剂种类、氯化剂用量、氯化焙烧时间、焙烧温度等进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:长江三峡重庆段淤砂是以硅质岩屑及石英为主,含有少量铁和钛,微量的钇、镱及钪等成分;氯化焙烧的氯化剂以氯化钠为宜,氯化钠的用量以3%为宜,氯化焙烧时间以3h为宜,焙烧温度以800℃为宜。

【Abstract】 Process of leaching Sc from the silt of Yangtzs is studied by using the leaching media of HCl and the chlorination roasting after separating Sc concentrate,chlorination roasting process in kinds,dosage,time and temperature are investigated separately.The Results show that: the silt of Sanxia of the Yangtze in Chongqing is mainly composed of silicolites and quartz,containing Fe and Ti in small quantity and Yt,Yb and Sc in minim quantity;the process conditions of chlorination roasting are as follow: chlorination reagent is NaCl,the dosage of NaCl is 3%,the time is 3 h and the temperature is 800℃.
