(Ce-Zr-Pr)O2在三效催化剂中的应用
Effect of(Ce-Zr-Pr)O2 on Three-Way Catalyst
【摘要】 采用共沉淀方法制备了(Ce-Zr-Pr)O2样品,利用XRD,BET对样品进行了表征,并将样品用于三效催化剂的制备,利用实验室配气装置模拟尾气条件,对催化剂性能进行了评价。结果表明,(Ce-Zr-Pr)O2具有立方萤石结构,耐热稳定性较好,所制备的催化剂具有更好的氧化还原活性,表现为起燃温度较低,NOx的净化效率较高。
【Abstract】 (Ce-Zr-Pr)O2 samples were prepared by co-precipitation techniques.The samples were characterized by XRD,TEM,and BET methods,the application of samples for three-way catalyst(TWC) was discussed,and the catalytic activity was studied by experiment.The results show that the samples have cubic fluorite solid solution structure that is stable at high temperature.The catalytic activity is superior to the normal ceria material,the light-off temperature is lower and the conversion efficiency of NOx is higher.
