蒸汽转移水解法制备纳米TiO2及其光催化降解丙酮的研究
Studies on preparation of nanometer TiO2 by steam-transfer hydrolysis method and photocatalytic degradation of acetone
【摘要】 以钛酸正丁酯(TEOT)为前驱体,采用蒸汽转移水解法制备了纳米TiO2粉体,并通过扫描电镜、比表面、热重-差热分析方法对其结构性能进行了表征.检测结果表明:TiO2纳米粉体平均粒径为24 ̄29nm,具有较大的比表面.考察不同条件制得的TiO2对丙酮的光催化降解反应,确定了催化剂的最佳制备条件为V(Ti(OC4H9)4)∶V(H2O)∶V(CH3CH2OH)∶V(CH3COOH)=1∶3.5∶3.5∶2,250℃恒温反应2.5h,400℃焙烧2h,在此条件下制备的TiO2对丙酮的光催化降解率可达79.52%.图4,参5.
【Abstract】 Using the steam-transfer hydrolysis method,nanoscal TiO2 particles with Ti(OC4 H9)4 as precursor were prepared.Structure characters of the particles were analyzed with SEM,BET,TG-DTA.The experimental results show that the average diameter of the TiO2 particles ranges from 24 nm to 29 nm and have high surface area.The best conditions of preparation are achieved by the photocatalytic degradation of acetone,V(Ti(OC4H9)4)∶V(H2O)∶V(CH3CH2OH)∶V(CH3COOH) = 1∶3.5∶3.5∶2,and holding on constant 250 centigrade for 2.5 hours,calcining at 400 centigrade for 2 hours.Using the TiO2 particles prepared on this condition,the photocatalytic degradation rate of acetone may reach to 79.52%.4figs.,5refs.
