【Abstract】 Family enterprise is a special enterprise contract which is inserted upon family organization structure and governance mechanism.Beginning with the contractual nature of family,this paper attempts to analyze the agency problems caused by the situations when proprietorship and management right are syncretic.In accordance with the characteristics of middle & small-sized family enterprises in China,the authors finally propose multiple contractual governance patterns including relationship governance,ethics governance and relative governance.更多还原
