电阻加热炉解耦模糊Simth预估PID控制研究与仿真

【摘要】 在电阻加热炉系统中,提出一种解耦模糊Smith预估PID控制器来优化系统的动态响应性能指标,并改善系统因被控对象参数改变或因干扰作用引起系统控制性能变差的现象。通过对具有纯滞后的一阶惯性电阻加热炉系统的仿真可见,解耦模糊Simth预估PID控制器获得的系统动态响应性能指标明显优于常规的PID控制器或Smith预估PID控制器,且在被控对象参数改变或出现干扰时系统的控制性能也得到了较好的改善。解耦模糊Smith预估PID控制的模糊语言规则少,系统响应速度较快。

【Abstract】 A decoupled fuzzy Smith estimating PID controller is set up in the system of resistance-heater to improve the qualities of the system’s dynamic response function as well as the situation in which the system’s performance becomes weaker due to the changes of the parameters of its controlled subject or the effects of disturbance. From the simulation of the system of pure time delay ?first order inertial resistance-heater, the qualities of the system’s dynamic response secured by the decoupled fuzzy Smith estimating PID controller are obviously better than those of the traditional PID controller or Smith estimating PID controller, and the system’s performance is improved when the parameters are changed or some disturbance occurs. There are fewer rules for the language of the decoupled Smith estimating PID controller and the speed of system’s response is faster.
