自抗扰控制在监控精轧宽度控制系统中的应用
Monitor Finishing Automatic Width Control System Based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control
【摘要】 针对利用机架间张力调宽的热连轧监控FAWC系统具有大时滞、不确定性、干扰因素多、难以获得精确的数学模型等特点,给出了一种全新的ADRC设计及实现方案。为满足快速性要求,设计了一种去掉TD,由ESO、NF两部分组成的ADRC,而且这两部分没有采用常规的非线性函数,而是用线性函数实现,且阶次比常规方法低一阶,近似误差可归结为扰动量。此外,给出了Simulink的编程实现。仿真结果表明这种方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A new control solution to Monitor Finishing Automatic Width Control(FAWC)for Hot Strip Tandem Rolling using interstand tension was proposed based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC)because the plant is of large time-delay,uncertainty,many disturbances and the explicit mathematical model of the plant is difficult to get.The proposed ADRC consists of the ESO and NF without TD satisfying rapid requirement.Furthermore,both of them consist of linear function instead of normal non-linear function and the order of ADRC is lower than routine ADRC.Simulations on Simulink show good effectiveness of the control system.
