【Abstract】 The value orientation of adopted in the law for settling tort conflicts exerts influence not only on the legislation but also on the judicial practice of the conflict of laws.It directly relates to the development of international civil and commercial communication and the establishment of a harmonious society.For the public interest and the better development of international civil and commercial relationship,our measurement of settling the tort conflicts should pays more attention to the interests of the parties concerned and to the certainty and predictability of applying the laws concerned.更多还原
