【摘要】 知识经济时代的高等教育,在个人的人格形成、社会经济文化的发展和确保国际竞争力等国家战略上有着极为重要的作用。为了迎接知识经济的挑战,美国、日本、韩国等国家纷纷调整高等教育发展战略。借鉴它们的成功经验和发展思路,实现我国高等教育的跨越式发展,应发挥高校在国家自主创新体系中的核心作用和主体作用,加速科技成果向现实生产力的转化;注意高等教育发展与经济增长的协调,使高等教育适度超前于经济发展;建立健全多样化的高等教育结构体系;加大政府对高等教育的投入;在发展高等教育规模的同时,全面提高人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the era of knowledge-based economy,higher education of a country has an important role in shaping individuality of its citizens,developing its economy and culture in society,and maintaining its international competition capability,etc.To cater for the challenges of knowledge-based economy,the U.S.,Japan and Korea,etc.adjusted adequately their development strategy on higher education.Drawing their successful experience and thinking,our country,to realize spanned development in higher education,should pay attention to the following aspects: bringing into full play the core function of colleges and universities in national self-innovation system,and accelerating the transformation of scientific achievement into practical productive forces;harmonizing development of higher education and economic growth to make the former go ahead of the latter moderately;establishing and improving a diversified structural system of higher education;increasing the investment into higher education;and enhancing the quality of personnel training in an all-round way while expanding scope of running school.更多还原
