【Abstract】 Tea polyphenols have the function of scavenging free radicals, antioxidantion, and so on. Tea polyphenols also can sterilize bacteria, antivirus, inhibit cancer, anticancer, inhibit tutor, control cardiovascular disease, adjust immunity. As the poisonous and side effect, antibody and growth hormone are oppugned. Tea polyphenols are more attentioned by their function and "green" essence.
