【Abstract】 The authors studied dynamic changes of physiological indexes in the seed budding of Raphanus sativus L..It showed that: in the seed budding of Raphanus sativus L.,the content of soluble sugar decreased step by step;the content of MDA rose at first,then fell down,and increased again at last;the activity of POD and CAT increased;the content of proline rose at first,then fell down,and the changes of the content of protein were just opposite to the changes of proline.更多还原
