【Abstract】 In this paper,chromosome number and stomata of the Hibiscus esculentus L. and Hibiscus coccineus (Medicus) Walt. were studied. The results revealed that the chromosome number of Hibiscus esculentus L. and Hibiscus coccineus (Medicus) Walt. Was 2n=7x=126,and 2n=7x=133,respectively. Stomatal morphological characters,density and chloroplast numbers of the two species had no obvious difference.更多还原
