纳米18%阿维·烟碱AS对菜粉蝶效力测定的研究
Control effect determination research of nanometer 18% avermectin·H2SO4-nicotine AS to Pieris rapae Linnaeus
【摘要】 纳米18%阿维.烟碱AS对菜粉蝶幼虫毒力测定结果:比单剂1.8%阿维菌素EC和40%硫酸烟碱EC的毒力都高,得出了毒力回归方程式,共毒系数值大于常数值100,表明纳米18%阿维.烟碱AS具有较强的增效作用;配伍纳米18%阿维.烟碱AS在室内测出了对菜粉蝶效力最强的最佳使用剂量梯度(每公顷用药量),研究表明:用375~750 mL/hm2,有效成份a.i.g/hm2(67.5~135 g)对水750 L,对菜粉蝶的防效高、速效性和持效性强。
【Abstract】 The results of Pieris rapae L.toxicity determination showed:Nano-18 % Avermectin·H2SO4-nicotine AS is higher than both 1.8 % Avermectin EC and 40 % H2SO4-nicotine EC.The syntoxicity coefficient of nano-18 % Avermectin·H2SO4-nicotine AS in higher than 100,which indicated high joint action.By toxicity determination in room,we know that nano-18 % Avermectin·H2SO4-nicotine AS has excellent and quick control effect,long persevered duration on preventing Pieris rapae L.,the best use dose is(doses of hectare):375-750 mL/ hm2,a.i.g/hm2 is 67.5-135 g and 750 L water.
