【Abstract】 Effects of twelve fermentation medium,different temperature,pH and incubation time on nicotine degradability of bacteria strain 4~# and 9~# were studied. Results showed that 11~# medium was suitable for the growth of strain 4~#,and 5~#,9~# and 7~# medium were suitable for nicotine degradation.Suitable medium for growth of strain 9# was 8# medium,and the degradability of strain was higher in medium 12~#,11~#,9~# and 7~#.The suitable incubation conditions were separately 30 ℃,pH 6.5,48 h and 35 ℃,pH 6.5,56 h for strain 4~# and 9~#.更多还原
