【摘要】 应用叶片组织细胞结构紧密度(CTR值)对广西39个龙眼品种(单株)和龙荔进行耐寒性鉴定,并对龙眼叶片组织结构紧密度(CTR值)与叶片各个组织的厚度进行了相关性分析。结果表明,广西龙眼种质在不同品种(单株)之间以及同一类型不同株系之间的耐寒性存在较大差异,其耐寒性按CTR值分为强、较强、中等和弱4类。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leaf tissue structure tense ratio(CTR) was used to identify the chilling-tolerance of 39 Longan varieties and D.confinis(How et Ho)H.S.Lo.in Guangxi.Correlation analysis was done between Longan CTR and the thickness of leaf tissue.The results showed that the chilling-tolerance varied greatly from variety to variety,and plant to plant even in the same variety;the chilling-tolerance can be divided into the highest,higher,average and weak according to CTR.更多还原
