生长调节剂对青脆李光合效应与生长结果的影响

【摘要】 本文以青脆李(Prunus.salicinaLindl.var.qingcuili)成年树为试材,用N-(2-氯-4-吡啶基)-N-苯基脲(CPPU)、赤霉素(GA3)和复合生长促控剂(PBO)于上年采果后30 d、当年谢花期和幼果期进行喷雾处理。结果表明,3种生长调节剂均不同程度的提高了座果率、植株产量、果实品质和叶片质量,增加了叶片叶绿素a的含量,改善了叶片的营养状况和生理状况,增强了叶片光合作用和光合产物输出率,优化了树冠性状(枝条数、长度、节长、叶面积系数)。差异达到显著或极显著水平。

【Abstract】 The effects of 3 plant growth regulators(CPPU,GA3 and PBO) on fruit set,yield and quality of fruits and leaves in plum(Prunus.salicina Lindl.var.qingcuili) were investigated.The 3 plant growth regulators were sprayed at 30 day after last year’s harvest,flower-off and young fruits stage respectively.The results indicated that the 3 plant growth regulators increased yield of plum,improved quality,raised content of chlorophyll a,improved nutrient and physiology status of leaves,promoted photosynthesis and enhanced the ratio of photosynthate translocation.Moreover the above 3 growth regulators optimized the characters (amount and length of branches,knot length and foliar area coefficient) of plum crown.The difference between treatments was significant or extremely significant based on Duncan’s Multiple Range Test.
