激素对百合鳞片扦插繁殖的影响研究
Preliminary study on the seedling-inducing from scale by phytohormone in Lily
【摘要】 针对百合鳞片扦插繁殖生产中的技术难点,研究出了应用激素的不同浓度诱导百合鳞茎和根的产生及促进叶、芽生长健壮的方法。
【Abstract】 According to the difficulties in reproduction of cutting scale of lily,different phytohormone and concentration were studied.Based on series experiments,a method of seedling inducing directly from lily scale were set up by using phytohormone treatment.
