【摘要】 采用Douglas法对2004~2005年度四川小麦区试的各参试品系进行了全麦粉的戊聚糖含量及SDS沉降值的测定。结果表明,各参试材料间的戊聚糖含量差距较大,SDS沉降值偏低,戊聚糖含量与SDS值并无直接的相关性。本研究中筛选出了具有较高戊聚糖含量的参试品系,可为高戊聚糖小麦育种提供优良亲本资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pentosan content of the new wheat lines in regional trial of Sichuan province in the years 2004-2005 was measured by Douglas method as well as the SDS-sedimentation value.The result suggests that wheat from the regional trial of Sichuan province have a wide range of the pentosan content,but a little lower SDS sedimentation value.Also,the pentosan content has no liner relativity to SDS-sedimentation.In the paper,we selected several wheat lines with high pentosan content,which could be used as good germplasm in high pentosan wheat breeding.更多还原
