【摘要】 目的探讨椎弓根钉固定结合Telamon椎间融合器治疗腰椎不稳的疗效。方法对32例腰椎管狭窄并椎间不稳2、1例腰椎滑脱I~III度的患者采用了经椎弓根固定,全椎板切除减压或开窗减压单枚或两枚Tela-mon椎间植入融合术。结果术后随防了3~37个月,根据JOA29分下腰痛评分系统进行了疗效评分,术前平均9.8分,术后平均24分,术后的平均改善率为74%。结论椎弓根钉固定结合Telamon椎间融合器治疗腰椎不稳疗效满意;手术方式取决于患者病情的具体情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of application of pedicle screw fixation combined with Telamon intervertebal cages in the spine instability.Methods 32cases of lumbar stenosis with lumbar spine instability and 21cases lumbar spondylolisis(I～III degrees)were treated with pedicle screw fixation combined with intervertebral fusion with one or two Telamon cages.All of the cases were decompressed by laminectomy or semi-laminectomy.Results All of the patients were followed-up 3-37 months and get the scores by JOA 29 scores system of treatment effects of low lumbar pain.The mean score before and after the operation was 9.8 and 24 respectively.Conclusion The clinical effects of the application of pedicle screw fixation combined with Telamon interbody cages in the spine instability are satisfactory.The approach of operation should be decided individually according to the clinical condition of patients.更多还原
