【摘要】 目的探讨细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P染色方法检测55例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中cyclinD1蛋白的表达。结果cyclinD1蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中阳性表达率为69.1%,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中分别为80%、42.1%、12.5%;cyclinD1蛋白在Tis-T1期的阳性表达率(75%、)高于T2-T4期(29.6%)。随着肿瘤分级、分期上升,cyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率逐渐下降。结论cyclinD1蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌的早期发挥作用,在评估膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为方面有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expression and significance of the cyclinD1 in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods Expressions of cyclinD1 was detected in 55 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder by immunohistochemistry.Results Positive rate of cyclinD1 was 69.1%.With the progress of the clinical stage and pathological grades,the positive rate of cyclinD1 decressed.Conclusion There was significant relation between cyclinD1 expression and the biological behavior of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.更多还原
