【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌组织中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)表达与癌组织内微血管密度(MVD)及与肿瘤组织内血管形成的关系及其临床意义。方法选择65例结直肠癌标本及16例正常结直肠黏膜组织,采用免疫组化S-P法测定癌组织中TP的表达情况;通过CD34免疫组化染色检测癌组织中的MVD。结果结直肠癌细胞的TP阳性表达率高于正常结直肠黏膜上皮(P<0.01);TP阳性组的MVD高于TP阴性组(P<0.01),结直肠癌组织中TP的表达水平与MVD呈显著性正相关(rs=0.301,P=0.015);TP表达阳性率随肿块体积的增加及临床分期的升高而升高(P=0.01和P=0.00);TP表达阳性者的5年生存率为30.56%,而未表达者为68.97%(P=0.0106)。结论结直肠癌组织中TP的表达与肿瘤的血管生成有关,TP表达可作为判断结直肠癌患者预后的参考指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe expression of thymidine phosphorylase(TP) in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with angiogenesis and its clinical significance.Methods Expression of TP in 65 cases with colorectal carcinoma and 16 cases with normal colorectal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry.Intratumoral microvessel density(MVD) was immunohistochemically detected by using anti-CD34 monoclonal antibody.Results The expression level of TP in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa(P<0.01).The MVD value in TP-positive group was significantly higher than that in TPnegative group(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the intensity of expression of TP and that of MVD value in colorectal carcinoma tissues(r_s=0.301,P=0.015).TP expression levels in the patients with different clinical stages and Tumour size showed significant difference(P=0.01and P=0.00 respectively).The five-year survival rates of TP positive expression group and TP negative expression group were 30.56% and 68.97% respectively(P=0.0106).Conclusion Expression of TP in colorectal carcinoma is closely correlated with angiogenesis.TP expression might be one of the most important prognostic indicators for colorectal carcinoma patients.更多还原
