【摘要】 目的分析银川市城市居民门诊就诊费用水平及其影响因素,为卫生改革和控制医药费用上涨提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样抽取银川市常住居民共计4911人,通过入户询问调查方式获取居民社会人口学特征,患病、就诊及相关费用情况等信息。结果被调查居民次均门诊就诊费用175.19元(中位数为100.00元);单因素分析显示次均门诊费用分别与年龄、就诊机构和两周患病类型存在差异,采用对数线性回归分析筛选出影响门诊就诊费用的主要因素为就诊机构、两周患病类型、家庭经济收入和婚姻状况。结论银川市居民的门诊就诊费用负担相对较重,卫生行政部门应合理调控各级医疗机构医药费用的上涨限度,同时正确引导居民对不同层次医疗机构的合理利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the status of out-patient clinical expenditures and it’s major influential factors in urban residents of Yinchuan,then to give local health government suggestions for the reform of health care and the control of increasing in the medical expenditures.Methods Using random cluster sampling method,4,911 residents were interviewed for the information including socialdemographic characteristics,prevalence,clinical expenditures,etc.Results The mean of out-patient expenditures was 175.19 yuan(The median of out-patient expenditures was 100.00 yuan)in Yinchuan urban residents;Using multiple regression method,the influential factors of out-patient clinical expenditures included the kind of hospitals of seeking medical service,the types of two-week morbidity,average income per month,marital status.Conclusion The burden of out-patient clinical expenditures of urban residents was high in Yinchuan.The health Administration of Yinchuan should pay more attention to control and limit the increase of the medical expenditures in all level hospitals,and guide the local residents to seek different kind of hospitals correctly and rationally.更多还原
