【摘要】 目的探讨组织谐波成像(THI)与胃窗声学造影剂(OUCA)联合应用在胃病诊断中的价值。方法选择60例健康志愿者和20名胃部疾病患者,首先口服造影剂适当充盈胃腔,然后采用常规二维即基波成像(FI)与THI检查,对比分析FI与THI图像质量结果。结果THI能明显改善近场区图像质量,使其清晰度显著提高,与单纯使用造影剂在FI状态下扫查对正常胃壁层次结构、边界轮廓、后方回声显示满意程度比较,差异有统计学意义。THI技术能明显改善近场图像质量,同时提高远场显示能力,增加深层组织的信息量,对胃壁层次结构显示,病灶边界及胃黏膜病理改变方面THI较FI具有较好的清晰度。结论组织谐波成像技术与胃窗声学造影剂联合应用能明显改善胃部常规超声整体图像质量,具有较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of tissue harmonic imaging associated with oral ultrasonic contrast agent appled in diagnose of the stomach disease.Methods Stomach fulled with oral ultrasonic contrast agent was examined with 2D or fundamental imaging and tissue harmonic imaging and to contrastly analyse FI and THI quanlity.Results The stomach outline and surrounding tissue were clearly displayed under the checking with FI and contrast agent,but the clear degree of far field was better than the near one.It can obviously improve the imaging quantity of the near field and the displaying ability of the far field and increase information of the deep tissue.displaying of stomach layer constract,stomach mucosa pathology and its boundary used with THI better than FI,the satisfied rate and clearly degree also were.Conclusion It can improve regular ultrasonic imaging quality and diagnose accuracy used with THI associated with oral ultrasonic contrast agent.更多还原
