银川市社区2型糖尿病患者的膳食营养调查

【摘要】 目的调查分析银川市社区2型糖尿病患者膳食营养状况,评价其膳食质量。方法采用食物频数法,调查银川市社区215例2型糖尿病患者1个月的膳食情况。结果银川市社区2型糖尿病患者的热能、脂肪及胆固醇的摄入超过标准,而碳水化合物及膳食纤维的摄入低于标准;VitC与钙的摄入偏低,而VitE与铁的摄入偏高,其余与标准基本一致。结论银川市社区2型糖尿病患者膳食结构不合理,建议控制总热量及脂肪的摄入,增加膳食纤维的摄入,均衡营养素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present dietary status of type 2 diabetic patients in communities in Yinchuan,and to evaluate the dietary quality.[WT5H1]Methods One-month dietary status of 215 patients with type 2 diabetis patients was investigated with a food frequency method.Results The intakes of energy,fat and cholesterol were higher than that of standard supply,while the intakes of hydrocarbon and dietary fiber were lower than standard.The quantity of vitamine C and calcium was lower and the intakes of vitamine E and iron were higher than that of standard supply.Conclusion The present dietary structure is not suitable for type 2 diabetic patients in Yinchuan.The intakes of energy,fat and cholesterol should be decreased.The quantity of dietary fiber should be increased.
