化学发光法测量食品中残留吊白块的含量
FLOW-INJECTION CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETERMINATION OF TRACE SODIUM SULFOXYLATE FORMALDEHYDE IN FOOD SAMPLES
【摘要】 研究发现在酸性介质中,吊白块可被Ce(Ⅳ)氧化产生化学发光,且硫酸奎宁对此发光反应有显著的增敏作用。基于此现象,建立了一种测定吊白块的化学发光分析新方法。该法测定吊白块的线性范围和检出限分别为6.0×10-5~3.0×10-7mol/L和1.0×10-7mol/L,对浓度为4.0×10-6mol/L吊白块溶液进行9次平行测定,其RSD为0.9%。该法操作简单、快速,已成功地用于食品中残留吊白块的分析。
【Abstract】 A novel chemiluminescence method combined with flow injection analysis for the determination of sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde was established.This method is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde and Ce(IV) in acidic media using quinine sulfate as an enhancer.Its linear range and detection limit are 6.0×10-5~3.0×10-7 and 1.0×10-7,respectively,and the relative standard deviation(n=9,c=4.0×10-6 mol/L) is 0.9%.The proposed method is simple and rapid and has been applied satisfactorily in the analysis of sodium sulfoxylate formaldehyde in some food samples.
