六价铬对草鱼肝脏SOD和GSH-Px活力的影响
EFFECTS OF HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM ON SOD AND GSH-Px ACTIVITIES IN LIVER OF CTENOPHARYNGODON IDELLUS
【摘要】 采用灌喂法,研究不同剂量六价铬在48 h内对草鱼肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力的影响。结果显示,用较低剂量的六价铬处理时,草鱼肝脏SOD和GSH-Px的活力均出现不同程度的、短暂的诱导效应;当六价铬剂量较高时,SOD和GSH-Px的活力并未出现明显的诱导现象,2种酶的活力均随六价铬剂量的增加而下降。由此可见,2种酶的活力变化与六价铬剂量具有一定的相关性。此外,这2种酶对六价铬的敏感性也存在一定程度的差异,其中SOD对六价铬较敏感,更易受六价铬的影响。
【Abstract】 Samples of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus) were administered with different dosages of Cr(VI) by enteric feeding and observed for 48 h thereafter.The activities of SOD(superoxide dismutase) and GSH-Px(glutathione peroxidase) were found to undergo a transient increase after lower dosage administration of Cr(VI).In contrast,administration of higher dosages resulted in a decrease in SOD and/or GSH-Px activity.It is thus concluded that the Cr(VI)-induced changes in enzyme activity is dosage-dependent.SOD was more sensitive to Cr(VI) than GSH-Px.
