基因活化剂对甘薯蒸腾速率和水分利用率的影响
EFFECT OF A GENE ACTIVATOR ON TRANSPIRATION RATE AND WATER USEEFFICIENCY OF SWEET POTATO
【摘要】 基因活化剂使用浓度(A)设3个水平:375×(A1),750×(A2),1 500×(A3)稀释液;使用时间(B)设4个水平:浸渍种苗基部1 h(B1)和1次(B2),2次(B3),3次(B4)叶面追肥。第3次追肥1个月后测定各处理的光合速率和蒸腾速率,计算水分利用率。结果表明:蒸腾速率A1比对照低1.36%,A2和A3比对照分别高18.10%和16.93%,水分利用率A1,A2和A3分别比对照提高28.30%,8.47%和5.94%;蒸腾速率B1,B2,B3和B4分别比对照提高13.84%,5.23%,11.27%和14.55%,水分利用率分别比对照提高9.85%,21.64%,11.19%和14.27%,与对照差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。A1B2为最佳水平组合,蒸腾速率比对照降低9.79%,水分利用率比对照提高49.45%。即用375倍的基因活化剂浸渍种苗基部1 h再追肥1次,可显著降低紫色甘薯的蒸腾速率和提高其水分利用率。
【Abstract】 A newly developed gene activator diluted 375,750 and 1 500 times,designated as A1,A2 and A3,was used to treat purple sweet potato(Ipomoen batata Lam.) plants at four periods: dipping the basal part of the seed stem for 1 h(B1) or foliar-spraying it at one-month intervals(B2,B3 and B4).One month after the third spray,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate(Tr) and water use efficiency(WUE) of the treated plants were determined.Treatment A1 decreased Tr by 1.36% while Treatments A2 and A3 increased Tr by 18.10% and 16.93%,respectively.A1,A2 and A3 increased WUE by 28.30%,8.41% and 5.94%,respectively.Treatments made in the four periods B1,B2,B3 and B4 increased Tr by 13.84%,5.23%,11.27% and 14.55% and increased WUE by 9.85%,21.64%,11.19% and 14.27%,respectively,a significant difference(P<0.05) as compared with the untreated control.A1B2 appeared to be the optimum combination,with a 9.79% decrease in Tr and a 49.45% incr4ase in WUE as compared with the control.It is thus recommended that the basal part of the seed stem be dipped for 1 h and foliar sprayed once with this gene activator diluted by 375 times.
