藏山羊产绒量与影响因子的相关和通径分析及最优回归模型的建立

【摘要】 运用SAS软件分析了西藏那曲地区尼玛县原种场的169只藏山羊成年不同个体(其中公羊77只,母羊92只)的产绒量(Y)与7个影响因子间的相关和通径分析以及最优回归方程模型的建立.结果表明毛长、绒长、体长、胸围、管围与产绒量呈正相关,体重、体高与产绒量呈负相关,其中胸围与产绒量呈正相关,相关系数最大(0.2985),相关关系极显著(P<0.01),直接通径系数(4.3540)和间接效应值(5.5062)均最大,胸围的大小对藏山羊的产绒量具有极为重要影响,毛长对产绒量的直接效应值(-0.5290)最小.相关系数较高差异极显著(P<0.01)的相关因子有:毛长和体重(r=-0.4184)、胸围和管围(r=0.4057)、体长和胸围(r=0.3645)、体高与胸围(r=0.3211)、体重和管围(r=-0.3048),相关系数较高差异显著(P<0.05)的相关因子有:绒长和体重(r=0.2762).藏山羊产绒量的最优回归方程模型为:?=2.1920X2-2.4210X3-1.6110X4+5.0240X6-1.5800X7±29.7220.(X2-绒长,X3-体重,X4-体高,X6-胸围,X7-管围).

【Abstract】 The trait of down production and 7 of individual relevant influence factors are studied on 169 Tibetan adult goats(including 77 male goats and 92 female goats) which come from Nima County in Tibet by path analysis with the SAS analysis software,and the influence factor influencing directly and indirectly and decision intensity to down production,set up the optimum regression model finally.The results show that except the body weight and the body height,the positive correlative between down production and the length of wool,the length of down,the body length,the chest girth and the enclose.The extremely prominent hereditary correlation between the chest girth and down production,the coefficient correlation is 0.2985(P<0.01),the direct path coefficient is 4.3540 and the indirect effect value is 5.5062.It’s proved that the chest girth has to be extremely important function to improve down production of Tibetan goat.The relevant factors with higher hereditary coefficient correlation are as follows: the length of wool and the body weight(r =0.5013)(P<0.01),the chest girth and the enclose(r =0.4057)(P<0.01),the body length and the chest girth(r =0.3645)(P<0.01),the body height and the chest girth(r =0.3211)(P<0.01),the body weight and the enclose(r =-0.3048)(P<0.01),the length of down and the body weight(r =0.2762)(P<0.05).The best multiple linear regression equation models about adult Tibetan goat is established,and the regression model is: ?=2.1920X2-2.4210X3-1.6110X4+5.0240X6-1.5800X7±29.7220.
