介入动脉药物模拟实验的微控注射在线检测分析
Real-time detection and analysis of PC-controlled drug injection simulation of invasive artery catheterization
【摘要】 结合肺癌介入动脉药液模拟实验的特点,设计了一种微控注射在线检测方法,使注射药物自动化,并能在不平衡状态下进行测定,具有分析速度快(50000次/秒),分析精度高(0.024%),耗费药液少(1.6毫升/20心动周期)等独具的优点.该方法扩展了现有仪器的功能和使用范围,可用于大批量样品分析和在线连续检测.
【Abstract】 To study drug injection in mock interventional artery experiment of lung cancer,an on-line detecting and analysis technique is designed in this paper.It makes drug injection automatic,and detect the drug on unbalance situations.The tech0nique has some unique advantages,such as analyzing rapidly(50000 times/Sec),better precision(0.024%) and less drug needing(1.6ml/20 Cardiac Cycles).Above all,the technique extends functions and using range of apparatus,so it can be used to detect and analyze mass samples uninterrupted.
