【Abstract】 The doctors are faced with roles conflict in the period of health care system reform.The conflict comes from the different expectations among patients,hospitals,government and medicine merchants.The conflict of doctors’ roles will bring them into a quandary,and thus prevent their professional development.In order to reduce the conflict of doctors’ roles,we need to adjust the conflicts on both individual and social level.更多还原
