【Abstract】 From the view of realizing health justice,The paper discusses the consistent objective between health justice and "Primary Health Care for all".It put forward and expound that PHC is the effective path of realizing health justice in new period,and some proposal which strengthen government’s responsibity and function about PHC,as well as develop the health service in community both in urban and rural areas,with the focus on PHC in rural areas.更多还原
