【Abstract】 In recent years Chinese cultural industry has greeted a high tide of development.Due to the ideological nature,the shift of maximum objective,misplacement of governing structure,and non-market feature of microstructure,the cultural industry displays its immaturity.Therefore it is important and urgent to make industrial policies that conform to the reality,and to bring the government into full play so as to promote the development of this industry.Appropriate industrial policies can enhance the transformation of government functions,remedy the defects of market mechanism,and above all,shift the way of economic growth and rationalize this industry.The immaturity of this industry and the features of China’s transformed economy determine the three parts of the current industrial policies.The first part is structural policy,including objective of advanced industry,the selection of leading industries and sequence of industrial development.The second is the industrial organization policy,which should allow the subject of social market to enter the industrial fields with strong ideological nature and support the rise in cultural market centralization.The third is industrial development policy,which includes industrial technology policy and industrial distribution policy.更多还原
