化学镀Ni-B/BN自润滑复合镀层研究

【摘要】以制备具有自润滑性能的新型N i-B/BN复合镀层为目的,研究了N i-B/BN镀液配方及工艺条件,分析了镀液稳定性的影响因素,得到了耐磨性优于N i-B镀层的N i-B/BN复合镀层。N i-B/BN复合镀层性能测试实验表明该复合镀层结合力好,具有优良的耐蚀、耐磨性。更多还原

【Abstract】 For preparing new self-lubrication Ni-B/BN composite coating,effects of electroless plating Ni-B/BN solution components and plating process were studied,and solution stability was also discussed.Ni-B/BN composite coating,with better wear-resisting properties than Ni-B coating was prepared.Ni-B/BN composite coating is excellent on corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.更多还原
