【Abstract】 The gene segment in ribosome RNA ITS Ⅱ section of six Trichinella isolates were cloned and sequenced.The sequence analysis indicated that the isolates of swine and cat belong to Trichinella spiralis;the isolate of dog belongs to Trichinella nativa.The result was consistent in some extent with traditional classfication and offered a base for the traditional taxonomy.更多还原
